1. Retainers may vary due to case location, expected mileage and travel expenses..
2. The retainer is generally between $500.00 - $1000 for most investigative cases:
( Cases of short duration or minimal service may have smaller retainers )
3. Overnight travel for investigation or testimony: $450.00 ea. calendar day + expenses
4. All hourly fees are based on one-person / one-hour.

" Fees apply to privately contracted investigations and most legal inquiries "
1. FEES: Upon signing this agreement [the client] will furnish Weinstock Investigations with an agreed retainer * in the amount of $ __________, as a minimum fee for their assistance in this matter. [The Client] understands this retainer is non-refundable and shall be applied to an hourly rate of $50.00 Per Man Hour. [The Client] further agrees that an hourly fee of $55.00 PMH shall apply on Sundays, holidays, operations conducted between the hours of midnight and 7:00am, and while at court or other hearings for the purpose of testimony.
2. EXPENSES: [ The Client] agrees to pay all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Weinstock Investigations during the course of this inquiry. These expenses shall include, but are not limited to $.40 per mile vehicle expense, travel, (meals & lodging if out of town), fees for record research, photography costs and long distance telephone charges. [The Client] retains the right to pre-approve any single expense exceeding $25.00.
* NOTE: Retainers may not be required for certain corporate clients in consideration of advance billing, payment and service arrangements..
