STEPHEN WEINSTOCK, the owner and licensee, has over 35 years of combined experience in law enforcement and private investigations. Most recently he has served 8 years as the Investigator for the Effingham County State's Attorney's Office in Central Illinois, during which time he served 4 years on assignment as an Agent for the Effingham City/County Special Operations Group, a specialized Narcotics and Major Crime, covert investigations unit. His experience in law enforcement has been diverse, having worked in and around the major metropolitan areas and rural communities.
Steve has held an Illinois Private Detective license, since 1985. He is experienced in a wide variety of Civil and Criminal Defense Investigations, ranging from Minor Civil Disputes or Missing Persons to Homicide & Wrongful Death.
